Passwords not saving/importing

Vivaldi-snapshot 5.5.2770.3
I wiped out the .config/Vivaldi-snapshot directory on my Fedora 35 server, so that I can copy over the same path from the currently running older Fedora system.
After using tar to get the path saved and then restored on the new box, when I go to a tab to a site, it is asking that I log in. It shouldn't as the cookie should be there from the website. In any event I logged in. I figured that I would do an export from the current browser and import it. I enabled the #password-import and went to vivaldi://settings/passwords and did the more import. I selected the CSV file. But, the browser does not list the imported passwords. Doing some more digging, I've discovered that there are no saved passwords. When I did the login, I was asked if I wanted to save the password, and I did.
This used to work on this server, but I've done a couple of Linux updates since last using Vivaldi, so is it possible that something changed such that passwords no longer work?
Any ideas?
Update: I tried to manually add a password and it does not show up,

Hi, I guess it is the missing keyring on the server, it result in invisible passwords.
I am not very familiar with the keyring system but may you can copy the files over from your old system.
Make a backup of you existing keyrings to be sure not messing up your server config.
The files are in:Kwallet:
~/.kde/share/apps/kwallet/*
~/.kde/share/config/kwallet*
GNOME keyring:
~/.local/share/keyrings/*Cheers, mib

I did what I should have done before posting and that is searching. I did, but mentally glanced over what I should have looked at more carefully.
I got it working again. It seems that the two Login\ Data* files got corrupted when being copied over from the older server. As pointed out in a really old posting, the two files needed to be deleted. I was then able to import the CSV file, kinda. After the import, the listing was still empty. Seems that the browser doesn't update the list after import (a bug?). When I manually entered a password, the imported list now showed up. I had to delete the duplicate password.
No idea how the copy got corrupted.
