Support playready (DRM)

I was looking at the Netflix video resolution and I see that it only comes out in 720p.
In Safari and Microsoft Edge it comes out in 1080p by having Playready DRM.

This is a common question from Vivaldi users because it only outputs at 720p.

Please add this system to Vivaldi to have Netflix in 1080p and 4K.

Vivaldi has got a related feature request in bug tracker some years ago: VB-28473 "Netflix video streaming resolution (1080p)"
and a bug VB-31957 "[Media] Netflix displays in SD"

I fear, that technology is more "pay ready" DRM.
Vivaldi would have to pay high annual license fees to Netflix. They can not afford this at this as a small company.

If an extension can make it work, maybe vivaldi can too. But probably not for a long time as vivaldi has few resources to work with annoying issues like DRM.

Hopefully in the future they can have playready in Vivaldi.
