Disappearing Articles on Facebook

On some Pages, moving the mouse over an article cause the articles from that point in the timeline to disappear, replaced by the next articles. This only happens in Vivaldi - not Chrome, not Edge and not Firefox.
When it started happening, I updated Vivaldi to version 5.4.2753.28 (Stable channel) (64-bit). The problem continues.
I'd upload a recording of the issue while on Fox 32 Chicago, but I don't have "enough privileges." The best I can do is supply a link to the video on YouTube:

Thanks for the tip! It looks like it boils down to the setting for Tracker and Ad Block of "Block Trackers and Ads" causing the issue. The solution was change the settings to "Block Trackers."
My trouble shooting steps and results after your suggestion...
- Begin with all "blocking" off:
1.1) Extensions: Disabled "Adblock Plus."
1.2) Settings - Do Not Track: All three options unchecked.
1.3) Tracker and Ad Block: No Blocking
- The issue disappeared.

2.1) Settings - Do Not Track:
2.2) Tuned on: Block Ads on Abusive Sites - no adverse effects.
2.3) Turned on: Broadcast IP for Best... - no adverse effects.
2.4) Turned on: Tracker and Ad Block [Block Trackers and Ads) - THE PROBLEM RETURNS!
2.5) Turned on: Tracker and Ad Block [Block Trackers) - THE PROBLEM DISAPPEARS! -

3.1) Reenabled "Adblock Plus" - No adverse effect! -
Settings: Do Not Track
4.1) I turned on Block ads from abusive sites - no adverse effect.
4.2) I turned on Broadcast IP for Best... - no adverse effects.
