Embedded video problem persists

Even with the most current stable Vivaldi for Linux (I'm using Mint 20.3 Mate) embedded videos often fail to appear within sites such as news websites (Breitbart for instance), and instead a white empty space is all I see. This only occurs with Vivaldi.
I just cleared my cache and this did not help.

Sometimes reloading the page will emerge the embedded video and sometimes this will not help.

@Silver2 I have this issue because of a useful addon "privacy badger". I have to deactivate it (with a single click) for such a website.
Then the video content is loaded and visible. -
I run the same litany of privacy blockers on Opera and Brave, yet neither of them present me with this issue.

@Silver2 What I mean: Disable your addons to see if the problem is still there.
Alternatively and even easier: Open the link in the guest profile.

@Silver2 Mostly broken settings or a extension.
If that works in shell (close welcome page when it appears, means you have no settings and extensions):
vivaldi --user-data-dir="/tmp/VIV1234/"
