Scrolling on tab bar on youtube tabs is causing the video to scrub

Whenever I have a youtube video running, if I scroll on the tab, instead of changing tabs, it navigates through the video. I can't seem to find an option to turn it off. Anyone have this happen/how can I stop this?

@MonkCanatella It does not happen here. There is an option to enable/disable scrolling on Tabs in Settings, Tabs.
Are your tabs on the side or on top?

Yes I use tab scrolling. My tabs are on the top. I want my tabs to scroll when I use my mouse wheel over the tab bar. I don't want the youtube video to scrub when I use my mouse wheel over the tab bar, but it's happening.

@MonkCanatella Hi, there is no "scrub" feature in YouTube with the scroll wheel. The wheel just scrolls the page.
So something on your system must be interfering - an extension or some kind of mouse driver setup.

It has strangely stopped happening. Seems to be random. I feel like it's a feature that hasn't been properly fased out or something
