Can't Add Yahoo Account

I followed the instructions to add a Yahoo account to Vivaldi Mail, including generating a one-time app specific pw. When I got to: 6. Select Use App-Specific Password, I saw nowhere to make that selection. I only see Autodiscovery failed and Manual Setup. I've entered server settings and the unique pw I was given, and I'm told it's not authenticated. I've tried entering the real pw, and that's not accepted either. I've tried this several times, being told different things like: enter password, enter server settings, login timed out, could not be authenticated, autodiscovery failed. I never see a field for the app-specific pw. Is there somewhere besides Settings where I can add a Yahoo account?
