Press "Ctrl+l" when Inbox is open,
I don't know but Tab Bar switch to the bottom.

@shifte I guess it is just you. There is no default shortcut for Tabs on Bottom

Is it just me or？Go to vivaldi://settings/keyboard/ and confirm Tab > Tabs on Bottom shortcut key sequence is not set.
