BUG: Typing 'b' Opens Floating Search Bar

I use Vivaldi a lot for work sites, but am running into an issue that happens on any site I visit. Whenever I have to type the letter 'b' this opens up a black floating search bar on my page and whatever I continue typing goes into that search bar.
I've tried researching what keyboard shortcut this could be or how typing 'b' would activate something of this nature, but have been unable to find anything or any way to stop it from happening.
Anyone else experiencing this bug in Vivaldi? Here's an example:
