GTK theme vivaldi for linux
-
@Dancer18 That's what I'm asking for. I want to use this browser, but when I install and open it, I am overwhelmed with pain because all modern browsers support the gtk system theme (except opera)
-
Does this fit into the system?

More or less? You could set system windows at least in the settings.
-
@Dancer18 I know, but that's how an extra window frame appears.
In Chrome, though, everything looks cool
-
@linuxcool Yes, and it depends on what theme I am using (and you).
I think the best to do is to make a real feature request. That is moving the thread to that category.
There I'll give a thumb up -
This has been asked a couple of times already, Vivaldi's UI is built OS-agnostic on top of the Chromium GTK UI so that everyone can theme it/mod it his/her way.
You can see the GTK UI if you disable Vivaldi's UI with
vivaldi-stable --disable-vivaldi
and set gtk in chrome://settings/?search=gtkSo the best thing is to use some color picker application and make your V. theme look exactly like your OS theme.

@npro You probably didn't see the screenshot above, and what do I mean?
-
@npro See the difference between google chrome and vivaldi? Same in Microsoft EDGE, Firefox, but not in Vivaldi
-
@linuxcool Have you tried activating V's Native Window setting?
-
@linuxcool I saw your screenshot above, the colors in Chrome are not the same with Vivaldi, because what I've said, and in your next screenshot you've matched the colors and the only difference are the buttons. Use native window as in your first screenshot and the rest you can theme/mod it.
