That day finally came. Congratuations to the team, they are really consistent and pushed it through.

Congratulations to the whole team of Vivaldi on the release of a postal client into a release. As I understand it, he stopped being in the beta stage. Probably for you it was a very exciting moment. I’m not so accustomed to this postal client to him so far, but again I will try to study it. In any case, your browser is the best, best illustration of how to do software.

@DoctorG Me be still staying with Thunderbird. This news only further cements my earlier decision.
Also... backup backup backup.
-
@varsha Thank you for your kindness, but I don't think you need to rectify anything. I'm an American and not offended by this. I didn't even notice it until it was brought up .. it goes by so fast in the video and is so small to read. This is an illustration video for gosh sakes, and it's Vivaldi. Geez! If V. was political intentionally in any way, I would have been gone already .. instead I am here because you are not. Carry on Vivaldi!!

the "tradition" was to Drag&Drop toolbars where you wanted them (to a degree).
And The Opera Custom Buttons & Command Creator (...saved as mht)! But that was Presto...

Many moons ago I used Thunderbird — on my iMac System 8! (I stopped using it when Opera's integrated mail came out...) I would try it again: But it's abandoned software; that is, my OS is no longer supported - OS X 12+ only!

Well, IMO the decision is easy...

(Your penguin image wasn't "quoted"...:) Until and unless my OS no longer takes me to the internet, I'll stay with it.
Consider: I speak and read passable Spanish. But I grew up with English, and -ahem- I consider myself proficient, and then some! When necessary, I'll use Spanish. But I'm most comfortable with English, in all its variety — call it my native language.
I'll eventually play with Linux... But if I had to jettison my OS X, I'd opt for a modern UNIX (or -gosh- Plan 9!
It strikes me that your proselytizing is counter-productive,, Gooey... I see, in the Linux lineage, a mish-mash of hacks and cludges meant to replicate most of the functionality of other systems... , indeed! -
Possible to Support protonmail bridge? requires starttls for both imap and smtp

Fantastic job! Thank you all.
But I'd like to keep email and feeds separate.
I think feeds should not appear in the email panel. -
@maridgway
Hi, disable it in the mail view:Cheers, mib
-
@mossman yes, yes. Of course I know, but seamonkey is the only today that is still alive to show it.
-
@mib2berlin thanks but feeds still appear in the mail panel on the left after Labels and before 'All Accounts'
-
@maridgway you can reorder and hide mail panel entries:
vivaldi://settings/mail/
→Mail Panel Order and Visibility

Cool browser!
-
@justsean StartTLS for all not implemented yet.
-
Wow! Cograts on a great update!
-
@becm
Thanks for that. One good problem with such a flexible browser... finding all the tricks. I'll check it tomorrow. -
I'd love to use all 3 products, if I could use them on Android too.

Finally the baby is born!!!
