Solved GMail: Only show messages in inbox, that are really in inbox

Hello together,
I currently excperience that my inbox is flooded with messages I deleted in Thunderbird previously. It seems, Vivaldi Mail is also throwing the content of [Gmail]/All Messages into the inbox - that is somewhat inconvenient.
A fix would be highly appreciated.

@LeonardMayer the unified inbox shows all messages from all accounts based on the filter criteria available at the top of the list. Those let you hide mails that are in custom folders, or are in spam and trash. If you have deleted the emails in Thunderbird, apparently that was not synced with the server?
