A couple of days ago Vivaldi stopped working. Writes that there is no internet connection :(

The browser just stopped loading sites. It's like there's no internet. But other browsers work fine

• I did not change Vivaldi settings & Windows 10 Pro 21H2 did not change
• I disabled the Windows Firewall - didn't help.
• I updated Vivaldi manually from version 5.1 to 5.3 - didn't help
• disabled all Vivaldi extensions - didn't help
• VPN disabled
• 4 other browsers work in parallel - no problems with them (Maxthon, Brave, Opera, Chrome)
• closed all tabs in Vivaldi - didn't help
• Vivaldi can't even access the Vivaldi account - no internet
• Vivaldi help not loading
• browser extensions that use the internet do not work

During synchronization in the settings it gives out:
ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED (-130)
I have never edited the network and proxy settings (neither in Vivaldi nor in Windows)

Vivaldi is my favourite browser. What do I do now? Give it up?

And you said, you have not antivirus or similar security tool which block Vivaldi from connecting to WWW?
