More buttons (i.e. "New Private Window") for toolbar editor

In the past I used to mod Vivaldi to add a "New Private Window" button to the navigation toolbar, this was quite useful in my workflow.
With the (new) option to edit the toolbars from within Vivaldi, I thought I could achieve this function with built-in tools, however there's no such button available. No problem, I thought, just create a command chain and add that to the toolbar. Unfortunately, "New (private) Window" is also not available as a command chain command.
Would it be possible to add this function to either the command chain commands or add a button that can be put to the toolbar?

Сommand chains in this case will still lack icon customization.
