open a second normal window and additionally a new tab, set automatic reload to the tab to xx minutes, reload doesn't activate

edited: Vivaldi's Alarms do work (but you need to enable application notification, in the Windows settings, which I didn't)

When the URL bar is placed at the bottom, the search and extensions lists are downwards so I can't use it.

After upgrading, the address field disappeared, and the address bar was blank, apart from the navigational buttons. However, I reset the address bar, but now I cannot drag the URL from the address field to add to my web panel bookmarks.
