IRC Client like Opera 12

This is the one thing that is missing from Vivaldi. We all know Opera 12 was the best browser in existence. If this comes back Vivaldi will no longer be second place.

@lukascarls I guess as Vivaldi likes to restore old Opera 12 features, such is planned.

Ever since Vivaldi Mail is working well enough for my casual personal use) the only reason I still fire up Opera12 is to go on IRC. I wonder how relevant IRC still is though. Per https://netsplit.de/networks/top100.php the top 100 IRC servers combined are used by a couple of 100k users and I wonder how many of those would switch to Vivaldi for an IRC client. Sigh. I like the idea but it's not a good business case

I think a Vivaldi chat client will use XMP instead of IRC.
