Reading List button: move from Vivaldi button to Panels button

Would like the "Reading List" button that's currently in the Vivaldi button drop-down list to the Panels button.
This would make the Reading List button in the same location as the desktop's placement of the button. -
I'd like this enhancement too. The current position of the Reading List is inconsistent with Vivaldi for Desktop. It belongs in Panels, and to have the same ease of use to add a page to the reading list.
