Why Microsoft has Vivaldi on their Block list
-
I send to people with Microsoft owned mail addresses (*@live.com) , and they don’t get my email from Vivaldi. One Mailer-daemon states that Microsoft is refusing to deliver my mail because Vivaldi.net in on their “Block” list, a somewhat nuanced way to say Black-list.
Can’t the Vivaldi people fix that?
Yes…I understand mail-servers world wide must guard against individuals who mis-use their server for spam or worse, BUT, the good people who run Vivaldi should be able to make a “political” fix so that stupid Microsoft removes Vivaldi from their black list. No?

Did you search the forum? Iirc this was discussed previously in the forum, [guessing] maybe ~3-6 months ago... 'ish.

We're very sorry for the trouble, that's definitely not the experience we want you to have with Vivaldi.
Unfortunately, Microsoft has put us on their blocklist again, despite our best efforts to prevent it.
Can’t the Vivaldi people fix that?
Microsoft has the upper hand here. While they're blocking Vivaldi emails, we can only make requests to get delisted, but this time they've told us that we're not eligible for delisting until at least the 12th of April. We'll keep working on it until we're delisted of course.
