@joeduffus One year is not long. One of my first bugs had a four digit bug number, but is still not fixed. It must be at least five years old by now.

If panels are on the right, the toggle panel button on the status line should be on the right.

Some bugs are no more than a minor irritation, for which a simple workaround can be found. In my case, I can manually move the button with Shift+Drag.

Since I have titles off, the hover effect is good for me. Normally, I disable Drag and Drop Reordering, but If I do wish to rearrange them, I just turn it on, make the changes, then turn it off again.

The thing I don't quite understand is how Drag and Drop Reordering setting is related to the Hovering effect.

I always thought that Hovering effect is just a tool to visually highlight selected item. We just need another more pleasing to the eyes Hovering effect.

I don't use any CSS mods in Vivaldi.

I think using the Speed Dials like bookmarks to store lots of constantly changing links misses its purpose. It is call Speed Dial because it relies on muscle-memory, which fails if the order changes.

Well, but the use-purpose of Speed Dials is not related to the Hovering effect we are talking about. You can use it as bookmarks (Chropera 15 blogposts flashbacks ) if you want.

I personally have to rely on the Vivaldi Speed Dial more because there is no proper drop-down bookmark menu on the address bar, compared to Firefox.

I'm sure this has been mentioned, but some of my search engine icons are missing. Even after adding them all back, they do not show in the right click menu at all
