Hulu getting error RUNUNK13

The ads play then the movie doesn't load and I get the RUNUNK13 error. I have tried several videos and the same thing happens. Just upgraded my pc and I didn't have any Hulu issues on my old pc. I have all my extensions turned off.

I am able to run it without problems on other browsers. Just Vivaldi is having issues with it.
