In this video I discuss how chrome edge and firefox updating to version 100 might break some websites, and how you can test if your website will also have this problem and patch it. This issue is caused by different sites not being able to parse a 3 digit version number in the user agent correctly.

@catweazle No, browsers do not break websites. Those sites are broken by ignorant owners and web developers.
The website's version 100 bug on is the new year 2000 bug.
Same sh.... as with old & new Opera browsers which were not allowed to use a real version number.
But using version numbers to detect browsers is deprecated since years.I did not see any issues on websites with Vivaldi 5.2.2610.* (has Cr100).

I know, because of this the Title with "".
Although there are no problems with Vivaldi, don't forget that UA sniffing and useless webmastering abound on the web. In any case, it seems that Google & Co. with their tracking techniques have shot themselves in the foot with this.
