Task Bar Icon
-
I am using Cairo Dock for my Task Bar and I notice that the Vivaldi Icon is somewhat smaller than the rest. It would seem that there is some excess transparency around the logo. I thought that this would be easy to fix, but I do not know which icon is being used for the task bar, or if, in fact, it is embedded in the programme.
I know this I am a bit of a control freak, but little things upset me

So the .desktop file icon is set to "vivaldi". Changing that entry will change the menu icon, but not the taskbar icon.
Now vivaldi install a myriad of icons through the system, the task bar icons are the vivaldi.png icons in the hicolor folder. Specifically:
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/apps/vivaldi.png /usr/share/icons/hicolor/64x64/apps/vivaldi.png /usr/share/icons/hicolor/128x128/apps/vivaldi.png /usr/share/icons/hicolor/256x256/apps/vivaldi.png
The smaller sizes do not have the transparent borders and the one installed in pixmaps, /opt/vivaldi, and vivaldi resources do not seem to be used.
Of course, editing the icons in place is not likely to work since they will probably be overwritten on an update, so I will try installing them in ~/.local/share/icons
