Shortcut to restore a window

We have a shortcut to restore a closed tab, but no shortcut to restore a closed window.

Firefox provides it with ctrl+shift+N in addition to a shortcut to restore tab ctrl+shift+T.
Chrome provides a single shortcut ctrl+shift+T to restore closed tabs and windows in sequence.

Either is OK, but vivaldi provides no available option.

Come to think of it, yeah you are right.
shortcut is always "w > r".

Thank you for your reply. A nice loophole. But, it is obviously unuseful, isn't it? When I set Control+Shift+N to a shortcut to open the trash can, I have to type Control+Shift+N > W >R to restore a window.

I think there is a big demend for this shortcut. If not, neither Firefox nor Chrome provides it.
