Solved WhatsApp Web not working on Vivaldi after the "Link Device" WhatsApp update

While trying to use WhatsApp Web in Vivaldi, after scanning the QR Code generated by https://web.whatsapp.com in my phone, the error message "Please scan the code again." is shown in the phone. It works normally on Chrome, same for Edge. Tried to clear cookies and cache, disabling extensions, but the issue persists.
It was working fine before WhatsApp changed the way that WhatsApp Web works (now it's not necessary to have the phone connected all the time; the browser is "linked" to the WhatsApp account)

I've just checked this and I was able to connect to WhatsApp Web via Vivaldi 5.1.2567.57. It seems to be working correctly here. I have added it as a web panel. There are no reports on this from other users, so it looks like it's broken just for you. Could you try performing other troubleshooting steps from this guide?
