Solved CTRL-SHIFT-D does not work to open/close download panel
-
I can toggle the downloads panel using the icon or ctrl-j, but ctrl-shift-d does not work. I've reset all keyboard shortcuts to default. Any ideas why this is not working? Thanks in advance!

SOLUTION Update:
Reboot was not the issue after all.
Dell Display Manager app uses ctrl-shift-d for one of its native functions. It was co-opting the Vivaldi shortcut. Uninstalled it and now all is well.

@wholeenchilada Hello and Welcome to the Vivaldi Community
It certainly works here, and I use it nearly every day. Have you checked that the key actually is mapped under Settings > Keyboard?
Possibly some hotkey on your OS level might override it as well.

@pathduck Thanks for replying. Tested out with 3 computers and 2 keyboards, and it looks like in Windows 11 (but not 10), I needed to restart the computer after installing Vivaldi. That got the Ctrl-Shift-D to work!
