Ctrl-Shift-P from Print Preview not working
-
I prefer to use the Windows system print dialog.
I know the keyboard shortcut for printing directly with the system dialog was removed a while ago, but until recently I could use Ctrl-Print-P from the Chromium print-preview window to jump to the system print dialog.
This keyboard shortcut no longer works. (version 5.1.2567.49)
From the print preview window, I have to expand the "More settings" section then scroll to the bottom and click on the option for "Print using system dialog". The text of this option lists Ctrl-Print-P as a shortcut, but this no longer works. -
@sneas Hi!

What key is "Print" - do you mean PrintScreen (PrtScn/other names)?

This does not seem like the standard (Chromium) print dialog - are you using some extension for this? The standard looks like this:
-
@sneas Yes, Ctrl-Shift-P fails. That is known since years and unfixed.
Bug: VB-47748 "Ctrl+Shift+P does not open Windows print" -

Sorry, I meant Ctrl-Shift-P, not Ctrl-Print-P.

[image]The "Print using system dialog" option isn't shown when "Save as PDF" is selected. If you select a printer, then the option is shown at the bottom, with reference to the shortcut key. I can click on this option, but the shortcut key is no longer working for me.

Until recently I could use Ctrl-P to open print preview, then immediately use Ctrl-Shift-P to go to the system print dialog. This is no longer working for me.
