Solved Page opened in a simplified view

I'm seeing Wikipedia pages without the normal top material (tabs, search bar) left side bar (WP logo, links to Main page, Random article, About...) or bottom material (categories, licensing, contact info...).

Have you enabled Reader View? There is an icon in the URL field to toggle reader view on/off.
