Shortcut for horizontal scrolling tabs

Hi,
Is it possible to add keyboard shortcut to horizontally scroll tabs??
I mean scrolling, not moving tabs or previous or next tabs.
Just scrolling without selecting any tab.
And the scrolling to be bit by bit i.e. small range of movement and to be to the ends of tabs bar i.e. big range of movements.
