Change scale when scroll mouse wheeel

Hi everyone!
When i point the cursor on the tab or bottom and scroll mouse wheel, zoom level change to 90% and 110%. I could not find the right setting in setting menu. How i can disable this feature (or bug)?

@wvlex It does not happen here, unless the mouse cursor is on the web page and the Control key is held down.

Go to Settings, Tabs, and Enable:

Switch Tab by Scrolling

Does that stop the page zooming?

@pesala I don't push control key.
Its happening only when cursor on tab or botom.
Zooming does not stop after enable "Switch tab by scrolling"
