Fox news auto plays the stinking video at the top of every stinking page with the is there any way to turn that off?

I never, ever go to foxnews.com, for any reason, because https://www.psypost.org/2020/07/consuming-content-from-foxnews-com-is-associated-with-decreased-knowledge-of-science-and-society-57499 , but visiting there today, I had no such symptom. I unblocked ads and trackers and a video appeared, but that was the extent of my testing.
There's no setting to block auto-play videos as such in Vivaldi, but there are a couple of extensions that claim to do it. You might try that.

It's both ads and content videos.
I had to turn off the ad blocker because Fox won't show the content at all when it detects one.

@ayespy It is not only Fox, there are zillion sites that are hosting auto-play videos. Some of those are completely blocked by ad-blocker, but some are not. Also sometimes ad-blocker catches and hides videos that are not ads at all.
There are extensions that disable auto-play of those videos, but built-in option is much better solution.
There is feature request for this option from long time ago.
@Kaprice09 check the topic, there are some workarounds there.
