Strange behaviour with YouTube and 2 another problems
-
Vivaldi 5.0.2497.48 (Stable channel) (64-Bit)
If I delete my YouTube comments under my YouTube channel (YouTube-History-Comments) and click the "X" too quickly, the tab freezes. Even reloading the tab does not work.
And when I copy the http link and paste it in a new tab, Vivaldi doesn't load the page either.
Yesterday I noticed that Google Captchas don't load either and Google.comIn such a case, only restarting Vivaldi will help.
This happens every time I delete YouTube comments under "Comments" too quickly.
Another things:
-
If I want to add a new bookmark favorite/bookmark window is flipping from left to right while I am scrolling through my bookmarks.
-
https://webqr.com Cam-access does not work. Even with guest-instance. Although on other browsers it works.

Are you talking about this page: https://myactivity.google.com/page?page=youtube_comments? If so, I just tried deleting a bunch of comments there as quickly as I can, and nothing froze. Tested in Vivaldi 5.0.2497.48 (64-bit on Windows 10 ver. 21H2, x64)

Which window? The bookmark dialogue or the entire browser window? Either way, I'm not observing anything like that here.

It works fine for me here in both Vivaldi Stable and Snapshot, once I grant the website permissions to use my webcam.
Please perform basic troubleshooting first, see if anything helps. It looks like all the issues you described are limited to your machine only. Make sure that there is no 3rd-party software interfering with your browser.
