Foundry VTT Navigation Problems
-
In contrast to Chrome (native), Vivaldi is having an issue navigating scenes within Foundry VTT. When you right-click-drag a scene (map) to pan around, the cursor slips out of the navigation window (I think) and activates a function to open a new blank tab. Sometimes the action prompts you with a confirmation, other times it automatically takes you to a new tab. When the pan function works, the right-click sticks so you can pan without hold the button down. You must click again to release the pan function.
In Chrome, right-click-drag simply moves the map around within the viewport and doesn't cause any navigation issues within the browser. The function does not stick the mouse click, and releasing the right button releases the pan function.

@2molaf Hello and Welcome to the Vivaldi Community
Sounds like a mouse gesture issue, as you use right-click + drag.
https://help.vivaldi.com/desktop/shortcuts/mouse-gestures/I suggest you either disable mouse gestures under Settings > Mouse (if you don't use gestures), or (better) set a hotkey for Toggle Mouse Gestures under Keyboard > Window.
I just tested the Foundry demo, and it works if it "locks" the map so you can move without holding down RMB, but if you hold it down and perform a gesture it will run it instead.
Maybe in the future Vivaldi will have a feature to toggle Mouse Gestures on specific site
