Supporting Wallpaper Engine files as the background image, NOT GIF please

As some of the users suggested a looooong time ago, a animated theme/background from wallpaper engine can greatly enhance the user experience.
However, this idea was rejected as some of the user says that animated GIF is a alternative. I wanna point out that this is actually not true. Animated GIF only support up to 8bit-2^8 colours which is not enough for a detailed background image, which is actually 24bit-2^24 colours, this is a big difference on the final output!
Moreover, a gif will loop itself when the animation come to an end, which actually limits its usage. The animated wallpapers in wallpaper engine are not just simple videos looping again and agian, which is a great feature provoking users to use them as their desktop images.
I hope that my opinion can be considered, working together to make this browser better and more attractive!
