Youtube stuttering and dropping resolution
-
For several weeks now, Vivaldi is behaving on Youtube. It's basically impossible to watch videos in more than 480p. I already disabled all the extensions. My internet band and PC are good enough for 8K. On the other browsers everything plays fine. The "Stats For Nerds" doesn't show any clue to me that something is wrong.
What's going on???
My setup:
5.1.2553.3 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Windows 10 Version 10.0.19043.1466
32 GiB RAM 3200Mhz

System SSD: Samsung 970 PRO 512GiB (half free)K-Lite codec pack 15.9.4 Standard
