History in the menu bar

Back to Horizontal Menu Add-on(s), ...I think I may have simply re-introduced 'History' again as a sub-menu ...then naming it to Show All History. Anyway, ...that's all I got folks. (Had a third sub-menu item but lost it on a reset a while ago. Another time maybe I'll re-trace my steps better.)
