I am running Vivaldi on Windows 10, and have been doing so for about 3 years. About a month ago, I noticed that when I tried to look at horseracing video replays from the Vivaldi desktop browser that they no longer would open up. The process is click replays, find the the race that you would like to review and click on it, and it will play. I can play the videos on my laptop from Chrome, Opera, Firefox, and even Vivaldi on Android. I followed Every step in troubleshooting from the Vivaldi troubleshooting issues" page.

1 Restart the browser
2 Make sure the browser is up to date
3 Test in a different profile
4 Disable Extensions
5 Enable (Third-Party) Cookies
6 Disable Tracker and Ad blocker
7 Delete Browsing Data
8 Test in another browser
9 Check your security softwareThe only bug that I can find is that some times the Desktop browser will have a an red error and when I click on it, it says a cookie was blocked. I unblocked the cookie, because I am unable to find out exactly what was blocked, and it still won't open the video. Pop ups are enabled, and like I said it worked perfectly for at least the last 3 years, up until early December. It is baffling how I have no issues doing this in the android version of Vivaldi on my mobile device. Any help would be appreciated.
