Solved Bookmarks Panel Icon Gone

My Bookmarks panel icon has disappeared so I have no Bookmarks panel. I am using the very latest version of Vivaldi (yesterday--5.0.2497.35 (Stable channel) (64-bit)). I have disabled extensions. I did right click the Bookmarks panel icon and clicked Separate Width to see what it does. I got a black panel, and when I clicked on something else, the icon disappeared. Gee, I would like to get it back.

@mesns right-click the panel toolbar and select it again
