Keyboard shortcuts not corresponding to real use.

Hello!
I am a big fan of the Vivaldi Browser and use it on both my phone and on Windows.
Background: I am Swedish and I use a Swedish ISO keyboard layout. I recently bought a 60% size keyboard, meaning I no longer have any F-keys.
I am using Vivaldi in Swedish, apparently. Probably because I've been lazy and not switched over yet.
I am using the latest version of Vivaldi as reported when I search for new updates, 5.0.2497.32Problem: I wished to remap the "Settings" shortcut from CTRL+F12 to CTRL+´ (two steps right of 0 on the numbers row). Here is where I ran into the issue. Vivaldi reported this input as CTRL+[. As you can see from the layout map I provided, for me this would be an input of CTRL+ALT GR+8. Now, if this is recognised in the short-cut mapper and in the browser itself as the same input as I intended, it doesn't matter what it shows up as. I am guessing this is based on the American ANSI layout (ew!).
The intended button input of CTRL+´ doesn't actually launch the settings menu. It doesn't do anything.
After a bit of tinkering, I found my own solution, unbinding Print so I could set it to CTRL+P, because as a millenial I do not own a printer.Proposed solution: Keyboard mapper recognises the input the same in both the settings menu and in the browser in general.
Regards,

@u01234543210 I remembered in the past keymapping could fail for users.
Please report bug to Vivaldi tracker -

Please report bug to Vivaldi trackerThank you. The Browser suggested I use these forums as a report bug function, but I will take a look at that immediately.

@u01234543210 If users and internal testers (like me) tell you, that your issue is a bug, you should report to bug tracker.
