Solved Can't scroll at tab stack preview with many tabs in it

When I hover on a tab stack with lots of tabs, it shows a popup of all tabs, however, it cannot be scrolled. It could be in previous versions (shows below).

As shown in the above picture, I scroll the mouse wheel but nothing happeded.
I met this problem in 5.0.2497.28 (Stable channel), and then install standalone latest snapshot 5.1.2514.11 (Official Build), the problem still occurs. Then I tried 5.0.2497.15 (Official Build) and Vivaldi.4.4.2493.3 (Official Build) and 4.4.2482.13 (Official Build), same problem.The picture below shows earlier version 4.4.2473.3 (Official Build) can scroll these tabs (see, the scroll bar shows at right)

Some info:
- Vivaldi 5.0.2497.28 (Stable channel) (64-bit)
- OS Windows 10 Version 21H1 (Build 19043.1348)
- JavaScript V8 9.6.180.9
I will be appreciated if this can be fixed!

It seems that this is fixed in 5.1.2553.3 and 5.1.2549.3, thank you for efforts!
