Customise Active Tab color?
-
Hi folks
New to Vivaldi and loving it ... very much the way chrome and other browsers should have been.
One thing though ... is there no way to edit/customise the Active tab in Vivaldi Themes?
I'd like the whole active tab to be a solid background colour of choice ... something like this screenshot below from chrome theme.Any way possible?

@robinartdesignicloud Hello and Welcome to the Vivaldi Community
The active tab uses the accent colour - unless "Accent on Window" is selected, then it's reversed. Make sure "Accent from page" is deselected if you want to control the colour yourself.

@pathduck thanks for welcome
Ok, I tried that, but then it changes the toolbars colour as well .... I'm wanting only to change the active tab if possible, nothing else.
Also, when I tried "accent on window" ... I'm unsure what exactly happens there, because neither of the accent or highlight colour was used ... I'm probably understanding wrongly what thats supposed to do ...
TIA

Yes, the toolbar(s) like Bookmarks Bar will also use accent. That can't be changed unless you use CSS modding.
How it looks for me:

Try playing around

With the theme I am using, the accent colours the tab bar and the unselected tabs while the selected tab is the colour of the toolbars.
