How to customize the clipboard shortcuts in Vivaldi?
-
In macOS SystemSettings, I have changed the keyboard shortcuts for the clipboard to ⌃Copy, ⌃Cut, and ⌃Paste:
(In German macOS, you have to use the terms
Kopieren
,Ausschneiden
, andEinsetzen
).This works well in all mac Apps, e.g. here in the Notes app:
EXCEPT, it does NOT WORK in Vivaldi:
And there is no way to customize the clipboard shortcuts in Vivaldi Settings! Why?
So how can I customize the clipboard shortcuts in Vivaldi?

@peterpanino The general editing shortcuts use the system default, therefore you cannot edit them in Vivaldi. Why they don’t change when you change them system wide I don’t know.

@peterpanino said in How to customize the clipboard shortcuts in Vivaldi?:
Kopieren, Ausschneiden, and Einsetzen
I have found the solution:
Since I use an English version of Vivaldi in a German version of macOS, I had to add the English menu names Copy, Cut, and Paste in addition to the German menu names Kopieren, Einfügen/Einsetzen, Ausschneiden.
