Show Tabs in Fullscreen when you move mouse to top of screen
-
I love full-screen browsing, but Vivaldi\Chrome make it so hard to switch tabs.
Above is how Firefox manage full-screen browsing and tabs on hover.

Hi, a quick search show a modification from @luetage but posted from @shifte :https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/63709/activate-tab-with-mouse-hover
You can create a shortcut in vivaldi://settings/keyboard/ > view to show the tab bar or enable one key shortcuts and change it to T key or create a mouse gesture for it.
Cheers, mib

@mib2berlin
sorry, but this does not help because then the TAB BAR will always be visible until we deactivate it again => not a full screen experience anymore.
So, what @rolltidehero mentioned is that the tabs should be visible automatically when the mouse is touching the first pixel row but then hide automatically as soon as we come lower than the height of the tabs. -
@thornalike The javascript in the linked thread does what you want, but it is better to have this option built-in to Vivaldi. Mods are not officially supported.

I tried that Javascript and it doesn't show the tabs on hover in fullscreen like @ThornAlike mentions. Maybe I'm doing something the wrong? Again, the goal is that the tabs should be visible automatically when the mouse is over the top of the screen but then hide automatically as soon as we come lower than the height of the tabs.

@pesala , sorry to bug you again but I tried as well and as rolltidehero mentioned as well, it does not work whatsoever.
I did it 2 times, one time before the update, and again with clean installation after update.
Is it maybe that some of the browser settings need to be turned on OR off in order for this .JS to work ?Thanks in advance!
