Solved iCloud email address cant be added

When I try to add my iCloud email address it cannot be added. All of my other accounts (two Gmail and a Vivaldi email) can be added apart from my icloud email. Is there something i'm doing wrong?

Do you have two factor authentication enabled?You might need to use an app specific password. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204397

Good evening. I do have two step authentication turned on with icloud, and for whatever reason the app specific password isn't working either. Any thoughts?
