@newEnglish Sorry, i tested only with my internal 6.6 version where Shift+Drag worked.

I gonna check no with a 6.5 install. Wait…
//edit: Yes, Ctrl+Drag for 6.5 Stable. My bad.
I see on https://help.vivaldi.com/desktop/appearance-customization/extensions/#Reorder_extensions_on_the_Address_Bar that it is Ctrl+Drag.
