How to remove "Open a new tab" icon from tab bar?
-
I'm never ever using "Open a new tab" icon on tab bar (keyboard/gestures is my way to go), so how can I remove it from there to have a bit more room for tabs?
Looks like there is no option for that, but I hope some css could do the trick.Thanks.

@fifonik
.newtab {display: none;}

Thanks, I tried that, but it is just hid the icon.
I mean the whole point was -- to have a bit more room for tabs (I've added this info in my original question). -
@fifonik That’s far more complicated, since Vivaldi calculates the tab width and tab container length and the icon is part of the calculation.

Oh, I see. Thanks anyway.
P.S. In my configuration tabs only displayed in single row so I'm using the room previously occupied by the button with this bit of code:
#tabs-container > .resize {margin-right: -60px;}
