This a list I did using the Vivaldi since the first TechPreview. Some items in ~~strike~~ are items that were added into browser

MY FEATURES:

a Window/Tab Panel, like in 012
an "remove all" option for the trash entries.
a session manager
when I clicked on a process tab of the task manager, I were to the tab, as the O15+ task manager
the discription field could be bigger when I add a bookmark and/or I could use a shift+ENTER to do paragraphs. I just can do it when I am editing the bookmark in the Bookmark Manager
pinned tab
don't matter if you have 50, 100, 200 or over tabs, all the tabs should fit themselves (and visible) on the tab bar, that way i can click on all, like this was in O12.
open a a link (in background) next to active tab
"ask where saves a file" option
save a bookmark like in a "unsorted bookmark" folder
RSS reader

When you hover the mouse on a tab, it shows fully the site title and not one part of it.

A "discription"/Note field for Contacts, like O12, I added some info of contacts I have and it would be great for me.
The Facebook tab shows new notificantions when I am with new PM (on other browsers there is this notification)
Opera Voice, it helped to improve my listening/speaking in English, helps who can't read a text and it can be extended to other languages. The community could help offering the own voices to the project.
Localized bookmarks. Like in O12, if you are an brazilian, for example, when you install the browser you would see the bookmarks have brazilian sites for "Technology" (Techtudo), "Sports" (Trivela, ESPN), "Travel" (Decolar.com), "Shopping" (Mercado Livre, OLX) and etc.
Add "Edit" and "Move" right-click mouse options/keyboard commands for bookmarks (folders)
Add custom buttons like in O12 to customize the browser like the user prefers (UI customization, drag'n'drop those buttons into sidepanel or into addressbar)
Import/export options (from/for IE, O12, Chropera, Chrome, Safari, Firefox and maybe other browsers in future; bookmarks/speed dials, passwords, sessions, history, note, search engines, extensions)
"Vivaldi" Link. Sync'ing bookmarks/speed dials, passwords, sessions, history, note, search engines, extensions)
Chrome Web Store extensions support (like the SWRare Iron browser and similars)
A Sharing Button to share links you are accessing at the moment to Facebook, Twitter and similars.
The "Bookmark All The Pages" option could ask us in which folder we would like to save them or create a new one.
A "Speed Dial" button at side the "Home" one, like in O15+.
The Extension Bar could be rearranble, in the other words, you can reorder the extensions positions
In Download Panel, shows the download info (the time/date when the file was download and where it was saved)
"Show image properties" in right-click menu.

Windows/tabs, History, Links and chat panels (and own tabs for each one).

1. With Tab Stacking, instead of having to click "Remove from tab stack" or "Dissolve tab stack" it would be nice if when you see the small preview's all of all the windows if you could simple drag-and-drop them to separate them
2. With individual tabs (or tab stack) if you could drag a tab to have it become a separate window. Related to this, would be nice if you could drag tabs between separate windows and have them attach/detach
3. Profiles - I like to have a profile for work and one for personal use that has separate settings, bookmarks, etc.
The final thing isn't a feature request, just a typo I noticed. The button to dissolve a tab stack is spelled "Disolve Tab Stack" instead of "Dissolve Tab Stack".

Indeed sorting.
I thought I liked one-click opening as per O12 but am starting to like the Vivialdi double-click or click-enter key because click-enter means I make fewer slips (I have a disability and am not precise with the mouse). I'd like to see the click method optional.
Sometime I want the bookmark to open in the current window so would like this to be optional.

That is actually valid what I siad. Most people use pirate versions of windows because they think they deserve to have it free.
I chose to pay for mine. I feel if you are using it every day then you are getting your moneys worth. So as for your remark it's invalid. I have not attacked an individual so I believe your intelligence is that low you cannot see the difference!!

In my particular case, I'm only an advanced user with an IQ of 155 or so, professionally engaged in things like ensuring fidelity and integrity of the legal process - so perhaps I'm an ideal target for your insults - yeah? Certainly I'm no IT pro, but I can build, test or repair a system in my sleep.

As to "Most people use pirate versions of Windows..." I challenge you to prove that. I don't know anyone who does, and I have ten fully paid copies in this house, two of which are for computers I've already switched to Linux in order to extend their lifespans. So, yeah. Totally pirating stuff, here, and going for all the freebies possible (in spite of having offered, on these very forums, to pay for Vivaldi as well if it came to that.) You don't seem to know when you're overmatched.

Edit: I fully realize piracy is huge in Russia and China. I don't live in Russia or China, and there's no reason why anyone would believe I did.

and Russia. Try world wide. I've been running forums for wow 20 years now and i see how many people download
software. I'm not immune to it.

edit SpeedDial look (better 16:9 like images than thi 4:3 like )

Please add the option to save and store tab sessions. I don't like it every time I open the browser a load of tabs from my last session is opened. I want the option to just re-open my tab sessions when I need them, let's say from the menu bar like with Opera 12.

I suggest an amendment to be able to run the browser fully sandboxed, that you can make available on all OS - but Windows will not be able to support it fully.

1. A Group - "Internet" is made that a regular user / staff equivalent - not the same group as current user that launch Vivaldi.
2. A User "Vivaldi" is created as a no-login and with "Home" location set to "$HOME/Vivaldi" - inside current user file hierarchy.
3 . Vivaldi is set up to default start as this user, in this group and with no access to any files except those made by the browser.
Vivaldi has to be able to intercept requests to the file system (ENOACCESS) on dialogues, and prompt the user for password that is not stored
únless the user asks for it to be stored. You can make the file operations as a service from the launching process, but every time a script make a
search for something, this fails - finds nothing - no address book, no photo files, no iTunes, nothing unless it asks for a file to be transferred.
This makes it impossible to read the keychain, impossible with a number of extensions, unless a bridge is made where this is imported to the special address space that has been created for Vivaldi.
The Email client can use another userid with the same group - or run as the user - and access the files.

The user determines access rights to the new group and the user ids - which can be definitely no access except for the browser and email client´s own files.
You can start "Flash" as another user, and "Java" as yet another user of the "Internet" group, and bluntly, also open for site-specific user-id to allow Java and Flash that has been downloaded to execute in its very tiny contained area that can be monitored and managed.

This is some steps further than the changes Google has made on Android, but is what I find a reasonable and safe way to run code that has been downloaded without further tests. It is also a mechanism that can be turned on and off easily - but will require "root" access for the user to alter the set-up.

This is available on other platforms, such as Linux and MacOS.
Just open the Activity Monitor, and look at the resources Vivaldi use. I see the point in network usage e.g. at download, and they can get these fields easily,
CPU will be highly misleading the way Maxthon does it, since here they have the HTML code that may be standing still, while Flash code may be jamming the system completely and is run in another process - "Helper".
It should be easy to write a Java screen that samples all the processes, shows the IP address - all what you ask for as an applet. This may already be available somewhere - but with the problem of hiding who is bogging down the flash and javascript helpers - these are singlethreaded!.

SECURITY - DNS Cache

Is it possible to flush local DNS cache and ask Vivaldi to use one (1) or (2) alternative DNS that you trust?
This will make it much more difficult for code to play with the local DNS and insert wrongful IP addresses, redirecting the browser to a site of their choosing and not the correct site ("Phishing"). Yahoo and Google allows others to use theirs - what about Vivaldi?

Several suggestions that I have. Most of them are relatively minor changes, but they would increase the usability of Vivaldi.

1. I would really like it if you would implement a unibar/omnibar as seen in Safari and Chrome.

2. There are a lot of features that are different from other browsers (panels, trash can icon, etc), that are never explained. The only way to find out what they do is to experiment. User on boarding could be a lot better.

3. Include an setting to customize the tab colors. I don't know what the colors are taken from and the randomness is slightly irritating.

4. The browser window is automatically smaller than the size of the screen. It should be full window size by default.

5. If I have a Gmail window open and someone sends me a hangout message, Safari will toggle the tab name from "Inbox" to "_______ says…." This isn't a major thing but it's slightly useful and increases the polish of a browser.

6. The homepage is vivaldi.com by default. That website is primarily for people who aren't already using Vivaldi (the download link is front and center). It would be helpful to make a separate website or subpage that is for people who have just started using Vivaldi (i.e. Getting Started).

Other than these small points, I am really liking Vivaldi so far. It definitely has the potential to turn into my #1 browser once everything is smoothed out

By this do you mean Vivaldi is not maximized upon launch? If Vivaldi is maximized when it is closed it should open maximized.
