Share bookmark folders with other vivaldi users

If my vivaldi account is User1, and I work with User2, User3 .. etc ..

I would like to

1. right click a bookmarks folder
2. click on a "Share folder with" from which I add the name of my collaborators
3. set permissions: can edit OR can view
4. all users have this folder synchronized with global changes, descriptions and maybe even tags.

It would be very useful and hyper-productive for teamwork

There was a chrome extension that did a similar thing, it was called Xmarks. Some extensions that might work like EverSync, TeamSync, Bookmark sync .. I don't know why but all these that interact with vivaldi bookmarks overpower CPU usage until crash.
