Went to https://my.dish.com/ and am getting "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator."
This didn't occur with previous versions of Vivaldi and doesn't occur with Firefox.
I disabled my extensions and still get the error.

Hi - "The requested URL was rejected" is not a message from Vivaldi. Most likely something on your network, your ISP or another program on your system causes this.
Are you able to show a screenshot of the message?

@gbguy71 This message is coming from the site.
But try clearing cache and cookies and try again. Tools > Delete Browising Data. Alternatively, F12, then Application tab, Storage, Clear Site Data.
