Click, drag and move speed dial groups

Hi,

I don't understand how this doesn't exist or even be classified as a feature, but sadly I am unable to move my Speed Dial Groups and organize them the way I want it to be.

For example:

I want to move my Home group to the first from left and then organize other speed dial groups that I will bring in from my Chrome Speed Dial 2 extension.

Please include this.

Or is there a way to do it that I have absolutely no idea of?

Please assist?
