See Certificate Information Anymore

I just noticed that it isn't possible anymore to view the details of the SSL certificate with which a page is signed. At least I didn't find out how to view the certificate and this is bad, because this certainly should be a "one click" thing. I click on the lock and... nothing. It works at home, doesn't work at my work place...
I use the latest Windows version of Vivaldi : Vivaldi 3.8.2259.42 (Stable channel) (64 bits)

I figured out what was wrong... And it's really stupid actually.
I have multiple displays. When I click on the lock in the address bar, the information window opens on top of the application, up over the display... If I minimise a bit Vivaldi, then I can get the certificate information window. I don't know how I can lower it down though. But at least, it's working -
