I decided to write a rebuttal to my words. After a couple of reboots, on same profile, I realized a slightly different logic of work. The Vivaldi password key appears, but only on the page with the password entry form.
Bitwarden hangs constantly and counts passwords. I'm used to it.
The key for Vivaldi passwords does not hang constantly in front of the eyes. You can recognize its behavior as logical, but it is implemented in a different way.
To have the result of my research -- on an old forum from the 2000s -- http://forum.ru-board.com, filling-in works, autofill - does not. We can consider this a proposal to slightly improve the work of Vivaldi passwords -
@sphera Autofill is disabled for non-SSL connections. This is a security feature Vivaldi inherited from Chromium core years ago.
